Recently the Frederick County Retired School Personnel (FCRSPA) held their annual holiday breakfast at The Vistas at Richland Golf Club. Members enjoyed a holiday concert performed by The Noteables, part of The Madrigal Singers from Homewood at Crumland Farms. Gail Slezak is the director. FCRSPA also held their annual Toys for Tots drive, collecting 183 toys and $195.
